| IMG 4459 | The Capital District was honored to have Past Kiwanis International President Wil Blechman, M.D., a rheumatologist who developed a major interest in children's issues and was instrumental in developing the Kiwanis "Young Children Priority One" program. He addressed the Fellowship Luncheon and introduced Sara Watson of the Pew Center Charitable Trusts who spoke on the Partnership for America's Economic Success, which has commissioned over twenty studies to document investments on programs in children from prenatal to age five.
