Mount Vernon Club Fetes Key Clubs

On Wednesday, June 2, the Mount Vernon Kiwanis Club (MVKC) hosted dinner at the Mount Vernon Country Club for the Kiwanis Key Clubs that it sponsors. Fifteen student officers and three Faculty Advisers from West Potomac and Mount Vernon High Schools and South County Secondary School attended, and made their after-dinner presentations on their community service achievements during the past academic year and about their visions for the next one. The students and teachers enjoyed the opportunity to socialize with the Kiwanis Club members.
