Capital District Among World Leaders in Philanthropy

Congratulations to the Capital District for being among the leaders of the world when it comes to Philanthropy.

During the 2010/2011 Kiwanis Fiscal Year Capital District made individual and Club gifts to the Kiwanis International Foundation Annual Gift Campaign in excess of $5.00 per member average. This incredible percentage of participation at this commendable and generous level earned the Capital District ten $500.00 matching Scholarships which will be matched by our own Capital District Kiwanis Foundation adding up to a scholarship gift of $10,000.00 or $1000.00 each for 5 Key Clubbers and 5 CKI members from Capital District!
