Kiwanis Club of Wilmington Hosts Spring Key Club Dinner Meeting

(Above) March 30, 2011: the Kiwanis Club of Wilmington, proud sponsors of 5 Key Clubs in the Capital District, hosted an evening meeting to celebrate the achievements of each school. Representatives were in attendance from Alexis I. DuPont, Brandywine, Charter School of Wilmington, Newark and St. Mark's High Schools. Each Key Club shared their activities and upcoming events. All Key Clubs were recognized for their Distinguished Honors during DCON and throughout the 2010 - 2011 school year. In additional, they also shared why they joined Key Club and what this experience means to them. Our wonderful guests included Kiwanis members, spouses, advisors, students, parents and our loyal LGT governor Marianne Smith. We were all very inspired and impressed with the kind words and the passion for service displayed by each Key Clubs. The future looks great and they are living proof.
